Create personalized sheets with the 'autoBuild' custom formula

Build you own custom sheets and reports with the autoBuild formula.

Using autoBuild and available parameters

Just like any spreadsheet formula, you need to call the 'autoBuild' formula with an equal sign (=). Then, follow that up with what you want your separator to be. Each parameter needs to be wrapped in quotes and followed by a comma.

Example separators:

  • Space = " "
  • Comma = ","
  • Comma with a space = ", "
  • Forward slash = "/"

So for

=autoBuild(" ", "Year", "Make", "Model Name")
The result would be something like... 2015 Toyota Camry

Available Parameters:

  • "Sale Class" = New/Used
  • "Vehicle Class" = Car/Truck/Sports Utility/Van
  • "Make" = Manufacture
  • "Model Name" = Model of vehicle
  • "Trim" = Trim of vehicle
  • "Stock Number" = Vehicle stock number
  • "Exterior Color" = Vehicle exterior color
  • "Tags" = Auto generated and custom tags from VMS
  • "VIN" = Vehicle Identification Number
