How to report an issue

When submitting a bug report please let us know what the expected result of your action is as well as what is happening that you deem to be a bug. Also include the following information as well as anything that is relevant to the issue.

• time
  • when did it start happening?
  • when was it last ‘working’?
• what known changes were made?
• system
  • client (e.g., browser), version
  • plugins
  • hosting
  • documentation
  • clickable URLs
  • assumptions/biases

Assume that we believe all systems to be bug-free, unless specifically mentioned in ‘known issues’ burden of proof is on the reporter.
