The Flamingo inventory theme works like a child theme for the CarDealerPress plugin. As such, you will need to have the CarDealerPress plugin installed and activated on your WordPress installation prior to installing the Flamingo theme.

The CarDealerPress plugin can be found in the WordPress plugin repository from the 'Add New Plugin' section in your website admin. 

Once the Flamingo theme has been installed and activated it will automatically change on the frontend and the backend controls will be Flamingo specific.
